Oil Chain VS Dry Chain
The reason oil tracks are durable: have lubricants permanently sealed into the space beteen the pin and the bushing. Grease provides lubrication and reduces the amount of wear that occurs due to friction on the pins and bushings.
On the other hand, some dry chain may come sealed,but they may not be lubricated. Dry chain sealing lubrication is relatively poor,so the seals on these chains are generally less durable and may leak relatively quickly.
